Episode 27.2

So, if anybody thinks I ever get something wrong in this blog, please let me know. I'd love more than just one comment in this history of this blog, but I also don't want people who hate my life commenting either. On second thought, nobody ever has to comment on this blog. Just reading it is all I need. Rupert has the most Redemption Island confessionals before the episode begins so hopefully that means we see more of him since Brad wasn't the first one out with the most confessionals. But we have yet to see what will happen. Will Gervase replace Marissa on Redemption Island? He should, but I'm not certain he will. I predict that he will not. Favorite to win Redemption Island: Rupert. Favorite to win whose still in the game: Laura Boneham. Since there are two contestants named Laura this season, I might have to root for them both to win at the moment. I've heard spoilers as to who might win. I would not be disappointed with this person winning. But I don't know much information yet anyways. I have heard who might be eliminated at Redemption Island during this episode and will post you whether or not that happens.

The twists this season makes there be new firsts. Candice and Rupert have not been to tribal council yet and would have to get to the reentry point in the game in order to go. Jenna M in Survivor: All-Stars was the last returning player to never visit tribal council on her second time playing the game. If you remember, in Survivor: All-Stars, Rupert (and Jenna L) spent a record number of days without going to tribal council. After going to the first two tribal councils, it wasn't until the merge at the final nine when they had to go again. No other players have gone that long, not even the original Tandang members. If either Candice or Rupert live in the game long enough to reenter it, they would have probably accomplished this great feat (Rupert more so for doing it twice). They were both voted out outside of tribal council which marks the first time that happens to two people at once. Well, one person actually. Will Laura Boneham switch places again to face Redemption Island? Probably not. Every member of Tadhana voted against Marissa. This has happened to tons of other players as well so it isn't that noticeable. What would be noticeable is if every player of Laura Boneham's tribe (Galang) votes against her when that tribe finally goes to tribal council. That could easily happen, considering how she isn't actually meant to be part of that tribe. But what would be more interesting is if things get shaken up. Laura Boneham could get people to vote against Laura Morett. That would be interesting considering how that could lead to a tribal council where only one name is written down and the initial (B or M) decides what ends up happening. Other things could happen on that tribe. Colton could go crazy and get himself voted out. Gervase could get voted out. Other returning players could do something bad on their part and get voted out. There have been players who got voted out simply because they caused too much drama at tribal council and weren't the target before. Whatever will happen, I hope that it's interesting. Even though Laura Boneham getting the boot is what's expected sometime soon, it would be boring. With that said, I don't care what end up happening. I heard about who might win this season and I wouldn't be disappointed with it.

I forgot if I told you or not that strange dream of mine. I was playing Survivor and was doing this strange, modified version of hands on the idol. It seemed to be done early into the game and I was in a house as well. Another player switched his hand from one waterfall to another (because apparently we were sitting on the ground and the fake waterfall of the room we were in represented the idol we were supposed to touch) and since nobody eliminated this contestant immediately I decided to switch hands as well since one tired. We were both disqualified for breaking the rules of the challenge. Only one person was left in the challenge, but apparently they had to wait until another person was coming to compete in this challenge. If they waited long enough before this person came, they would win. I then talked to the producers about the lack of definite rules in the challenge that disqualified me from it. Since Redemption Island uses challenges from past seasons, I wonder if I'm the only person who wants them to bring back hands on the idol and use it as a duel. I don't know when it would work or if people would have to wait until it hopefully returns as a final immunity challenge. But enough of my ramblings.

So Candice and Rupert went to Redemption Island and Ozzy is no longer the only player to spend time on both Redemption Island and Exile Island. At least he still has the record for most times getting voted out, since Rupert wasn't, if you remember. Marissa joins them at Redemption Island, thus where the episode begins. She gets the same confessional in this episode to begin it as the last one ended it. Colton is annoyed by his tribe, again. Laura Boneham feels like an outcast on this tribe. She never actually spent time on her "real" tribe anyways.

In the next segment of the show, Tadhana talked more about alliances and what would happen. I predict that Laura Boneham would get the hidden immunity idol clue if either Marissa or Rupert wins the duel. John would probably get it if Candice wins. The duel was very intense. Rupert lost his pile and possibly the game. True to spoilers I heard, Rupert is the first one out. Bummer. But I'm sure he'll do great when he returns to this game a fifth time. This marks the first time that he's not on the jury, unless they bring back the outcasts on the same season as Redemption Island, which I highly doubt. Candice won the duel. John is stoked about getting a hidden immunity idol clue. True to Redemption Island seasons, no exit confessionals are aired and I'm uncertain if one was even made. Just one mess up cost him the game, just like tons of other contestants.

In the next segment of the show, John was unsure of what to do with the clue to the hidden immunity idol. Does he share the clue with his alliance or does he keep it to himself? Colton was causing drama at camp and Laura Boneham was okay with Rupert being gone since this might mean that she won't be a targeted player anymore. We'll see if that's true or not. Also, Tyson, nice quote about Colton.

In the next segment of the show, I was thinking that Colton might be the next target for the Galang tribe. An alliance was formed. Then, both tribes gathered for the immunity challenge. Kat sat out of the challenge. Jeff does his endless commentary he's infamous for. The challenge was mostly neck in neck until Galang won the challenge. Who would they vote out? Let's wait and see.

So Tadhana is deciding who to vote out. They are talking about which woman to vote out, which would be the first time this year a spoiler I heard was wrong. If John finds the idol, they might not show it until he plays it. I'd love to see someone who would have been unanimously voted out play an idol and their sole vote gets rid of someone. Tribal council was brief in the edit for some odd reason. Rachel got voted out.

On the next Survivor, Colton might quit for some odd reason and Tyson might replace Rachel on Redemption Island.

Confessional Counts of players in Redemption Island: Marissa- 5, Rupert- 6, Candice- 2.

Confessional Counts of players in the game: Colton- 7, Ciera- 3, Kat- 3, Rachel- 3, Laura Morett- 2, Hayden- 3, Gervase- 2, Tina- 3, Tyson- 3, Caleb- 3, Aras- 4, Vytas- 5, Laura Boneham- 3, John- 6, Katie- 3, Brad- 9, Monica- 4. New confessionals this episode: Brad- 1, Monica- 1, Colton- 5, Ciera- 1, Kat- 1, Rachel- 1, Laura Morett- 0, Hayden- 1, Gervase- 0, Tina- 1, Tyson- 1, Caleb- 0, Aras- 2, Vytas- 2, Laura Boneham- 1, John- 4, Katie- 1; Marissa- 1, Rupert- 1, Candice- 0.

Just a reminder: the confessional count of the first count is cumulative and reflects a player's total number of confessionals for the whole season and not just this episode. Also remember that I have no idea if the numbers are accurate or not. Stay tuned for the next installment of this blog. For now, this is Adam Decker, signing off.

Survivor Blood versus Water Premiere

Okay, this will be a crazy season probably. For the 27th time in a row, Jeff Probst promises that this will be good season. There are a lot of twists this season. Redemption Island is back. You can replace your loved one on Redemption Island. I wonder if this will actually be a real island for a change. I also wonder if someone replaces their loved one on Redemption Island and then loses the duel, what they are said to be. They were never voted out. They were still eliminated, but they weren't voted out of the game. They didn't quit either. I guess I'll have to look at the terminology if somebody does that. I have heard some spoilers for this season and I might talk about them here, but only if they actually happen or they are proven to be false. I'm also considering doing a confessional count of every contestant this season. The more confessionals could be what the winners get. I'm fairly certain that an episode one confessional is always given by the first boot of the season. But we don't know if Redemption Island would mess that up. In the first two seasons with Redemption Island, nobody was permanently eliminated until the third episode of the season. That could be why they brought back the first impressions twist. I gave that twist the rating seventh worst in Survivor history. For numbers 1-6, look back at my old blog posts and you'll see what I thought bad twists were (and what some weren't). I've already posted what I thought of the returning players and even the new players as well. Day zero seems like an interesting twist.

I do think it is interesting that if a player replaces their loved one on Redemption Island, their loved one joins their old tribe keeping the number of both tribes the same but possibly alienating the new tribe that they are now a part of. This could make tribes hard to keep track of since this twist could make there be more incarnations of different tribes than any season before. I think that the record is four. I'll tell you how. All-Stars had the three tribes, the two tribes, the other two tribes, and the one tribe. Cook Islands had the four tribes, the two tribes, the other two tribes, and the one tribe. Gabon had the first two tribes, the second two tribes, the third two tribes, and the one tribe. I will keep track of the players and their previous seasons. There is one player from Borneo. There is one player from Australia. There is one player from Pearl Islands. There are two players from All-Stars. There is one player from Panama. There is one player from Cook Islands. There is one player from Tocantins. There is one player from Samoa. There are three players from Heroes Versus Villains. There are three players from One World. There are ten new players this season. I will tell you when a season gets eliminated which one will eventually. I will also keep track of the confessional counts of the players for this season throughout the entire game. Elimination results in no more confessional count in this blog. I will post my favorite player in the game and my favorite player on Redemption Island. Hopefully, you will like this format for my future blogs. To me, no confessionals for a contestant mean that you aren't eliminated yet. But if you do get a confessional in the first episode, then you could be the next boot. See if my jokes about a winner turn out to be true.

I haven't told you about my Survivor dreams in quite a long time. I had one where I was playing on a tribe with Sandra (Pearl Islands), Russell Hantz (Samoa), and Amanda (China). It was relatively early in the game. I made Russell a fake hidden immunity idol to deter him from looking for the real one. He might have been the first one voted out. I figured that Russell would deserve something cruel like a fake idol so that's why I gave it to him in the dream. I do wonder why fake hidden immunity idols haven't appeared since Tocantins. I miss them. Another Survivor dream I had involved a battle of the sexes season. The reward of a challenge was considered so great that both tribes got to go on it regardless of who won. But the losing tribe had to go naked. The women lost the challenge and got to be naked in a public city. I'm not certain if that's allowed in most places, but apparently it was in this city they went to. Another dream I just had last night confused Big Brother and Survivor. Apparently Kat was the saboteur in the game (a twist used when Hayden played) and she got voted out just like Annie did. Apparently, there are interesting potential spoilers about her this season, but I don't know what they are. Is she the first one out? Does she win? Is she the runner-up? Is she first out after the merge? Does she win Redemption Island? Is she the last person voted out? Does she get medically evacuated? I heard a rumor that there aren't any medical evacuations this season. But I heard that from a spoiler source who isn't really that straightforward with his spoilers. I also had another Survivor dream where Francesca from Redemption Island and Caramoan died and the editors at wikipedia wondered if she really needed a page just for dying. They thought the same thing about Jennifer Lyon. Francesca used to have a wikipedia page, but they deleted it. No offense to her, but I don't think that she really needs one. I also had a dream where James, originally from China, died and they aired a special based on his time from Survivor. Also, what would be an interesting twist for this season that really would have tested everything is if there were ten tribes of two. But I don't see that happening in any season. It would be interesting, though, to see more fire making tie-breakers. If there is only one member on a tribe, they chose which tribe to join. But that already sounds like a horrible twist they should never do. If a contestant replaces their loved one on Redemption Island, that isn't getting voted out. That's simply replacing who got voted out. How would they classify that anyways? How would Redemption Island work after the merge? Would it even be present after the merge? Will it work better this season? I hope that it does because there are more returning players to keep it interesting. I find it a great and underrated twist.

Oh, by the way, some people who regularly read this blog might remember me saying that Survivor 27 and 28 might be filmed in the Solomon Islands. But I couldn't find the source that was obviously wrong. Well, I finally figured out that I was looking at links to Survivor role playing sites and they were never really a legitimate location for Survivor. Who knows if they'll ever go to that location officially. I don't know if they will or not. Why are they going to the same locations over and over again? This is the third season in a row filmed in the same location. And the 28th season, which is rumored to have all new players, is filmed in this exact same place and will probably be named after the place it was filmed at. Maybe it could have RC's father in it. RC and her father were supposed to be on this season instead of Candice and her husband. But I have the feeling that she could return, even if her father doesn't. I hope the overuse of locations isn't bad. They seem to return to a location after it was hit by some sort of disaster. This makes me wonder how long I'd have to wait for them to return to Palau. I'd love to play a season in Palau, but it could also be a good place to go on a honeymoon or extravagant vacation.

Maybe during this blog, I should talk about how the first impressions twist has changed this season since it was first used in Tocantins. Sandy and Sierra got off to a bad start by not making a journey. They got a helicopter ride to camp, but they both didn't do as well in the game because of that dumb twist. I always wonder if it was supposed to be an even worst twist, but it was changed when they had less contestants than they should have. I'm probably the only person who thinks that Tocantins was supposed to have more than 16 contestants, but it could be true. Mike from Samoa couldn't do Tocantins because of high blood pressure (similar to how RC's dad couldn't play this season) and was put on Samoa instead. What's ironic is he left the game of Samoa due to low blood pressure and had what might have been the shortest recovery time of any player to be medically evacuated. Abby from the twenty-fifth season was originally recruited for Tocantins, but they didn't want a Brazilian woman to be playing Survivor in Brazil. I wonder if most of the villains from Survivor are recruits instead of applicants. Those are just two players who could have been on Tocantins, but weren't. In this season, you really do get voted out during the first impressions twist (unless your loved one replaces you on Redemption Island). At least you can fight to get back in the game, but I still don't like first impressions. Oddly enough, I love Redemption Island who many say is the worst twist ever. (I, for one, hardly believe that people getting a second chance at the game can be a bad twist, but that's just my opinion. Maybe people will stop hating on the outcasts sometime as well.) Meanwhile, everyone seems to forget that the worst twist happened in the fourteenth season and lead to one tribe dominating premerge. But enough of my ramblings.

In the first scene, Day zero happens very quickly and there's a recap of the returning players first time playing. Survivor starts. They are separated into two different tribes and the first impressions twist returns. A bunch of confessionals all happen at once. Laura Boneham is voted out of the new tribe, true to the spoilers I heard. Candice is voted out of the returning player tribe, true to other spoilers I might have heard and TV guide themselves aired. That seems appropriate since she wasn't supposed to be on this season. John talked it over with his wife and he decides not to switch places with her. Candice and Rupert are now on Redemption Island. My favorite to win is Laura Boneham (possibly both Lauras) and Rupert is my favorite to win Redemption Island. The first act confirms the spoilers I've heard thus far.

In the next segment of the show, Laura Boneham might be on the wrong tribe and Rupert's decision might not work out that well. Would he have done it if it kept the numbers from his old tribe? I would have preferred that to happen instead, but that's just my opinion I've already told you that. I've already missed a new guy's confessional count. Also Brad is bad at math.

In the next segment of the show, people on the new tribe told people secrets, or at least Ciera and Vytas did about teen pregnancy and Vytas did. Colton also continued to back pedal from his first season. He gets emotional. But we all know that reality TV hires gay people because they make great characters. Monica doesn't think she's changed and I don't think I have the right confessional count. But I have different rules than other people might have. We then get to see more of Rupert and Candice on Redemption Island. Candice is annoyed that she got voted out. Hopefully, the votes are made official. I'm still annoyed that I have no idea who on Koror gave Ibrehem on Ulong immunity. Candice thinks that Rupert is being lazy, but Rupert has a plan for it to not wear himself out so he can win the duels. He also points out that he's never won an individual immunity challenge and he thinks that he can win Redemption Island. Good luck with that.

In the next challenge, both players got ready for their immunity challenge. I messed up the confessional count again. Both tribes either have fire or one or both of them are lying about it. The new players are doing better in the first challenge, which typically always happens. I hope that Laura Boneham doesn't get voted out (again). Rupert wasn't even voted out. The official term, according to Survivor wiki, is switched with loved one. The new players have to go to the first tribal council, which has actually never happened before on a new tribe versus returning players tribe season. Ciera was right about her mother kicking butt at the challenge. Unless Katie got a confessional I didn't notice, she isn't getting voted out tonight. Would the voted out person get a lot of confessionals like Brad or have they not gotten a lot? I think I know who might be voted out, but that's only if spoilers are true and there's always a possibility that it isn't. Once again, I have lost track of the confessional count. Every new player has one by now, I think. The twist of the season could be interesting since loved ones could be targeted just because their loved one did something that didn't like.

So the tribal council of the red tribe started. Galang is the yellow tribe that won immunity and has returning players and Laura Boneham. Tadhana is the red tribe full of new players that have a male versus female thing going already. It looks like Marissa is getting voted out thanks to what her uncle did. Next time: Colton is back to his old self. No surprise there. Hopefully the problems I had with a (sorta) new VCR doesn't affect the people who want to watch it who aren't me. And hopefully nobody on the west coast is reading this blog that I'm going to post soon after the episode is done airing on the east coast reads this blog of mine. Marissa is voted out, but nobody is gone from the game just yet due to Redemption Island.

Confessional Count of players: Laura Morett- 2, Hayden- 1, Gervase- 1, Marissa- 3, Tina- 1, Tyson- 0, Caleb- 3, Aras- 1, Vytas- 3, Laura Boneham- 1, Rupert- 5, Candice- 1, John- 2, Katie- 1, Brad- 7, Monica- 2, Colton- 2, Ciera- 2, Kat- 0, Rachel- 1.

Not sure what else to say yet. Brad is the most focused upon new contestant and both Kat and Tyson have yet to be focused on that much. For now, this is Adam Decker signing off.

Survivor players on Big Brother

Okay, as a big Survivor fan and a newish fan of Big Brother, I've decided to post all the Survivor players who would be good or want to play Big Brother. This is mostly due to Hayden Moss, a Big Brother winner, appearing on Survivor this season. Hopefully, Survivor fans who read this blog will still like this post even if they don't like Big Brother. I will pick at least one person from each Survivor season (possibly excluding returning player seasons). I am hoping that some people from Survivor, whether they are from a long time ago or not, would play Big Brother just because it would be interesting. I'll start with the very first season and go to the end. Who knows if Big Brother would ever do a season based solely on Survivor players playing this game. I'd love for Big Brother to do the twist that they are currently doing this Survivor season, although I probably wouldn't watch all the Big Brother players that are returning if I have no idea who they are. I will include a new player from each season, but that could be all. But enough of my ramblings.

Susan (Borneo and All-Stars): since she probably won't do Survivor again since she quit the last time, I don't think she's necessarily done with doing reality TV. I have seen what passes for a Big Brother contestant these days? She'd probably be much better than them.

Sean (Borneo): I might be the only person who actually liked this guy and didn't think he was a dumb player. I think that he'd be great to play a game like this.

Jerri (Australia, All-Stars, and Heroes Versus Villains): she likes to do reality television and has yet to find a real acting job (to my knowledge), so she might as well appear on Big Brother. Who knows if she could appear as both a hero and a villain on that show as well.

Amber (Australia and All-Stars): she might be done with Survivor, but she might not be done with reality TV in general and might be great on this show.

Kimmi (Australia): she didn't make it far enough to play Survivor again but she proved entertaining enough and would probably prefer an arguably cleaner game than Survivor like Big Brother.

Elisabeth (Australia): if she's done with The View and won't be on Survivor again, she might be interested in a game like this.

Silas (Africa): he hated being the first Survivor contestant screwed by a tribal swap, but since nothing like that happens on Big Brother he might like playing it.

Paschal (Marquesas): I still don't know why he hasn't returned to Survivor yet (probably because they don't want to admit that they messed up, which they did) but Big Brother has one of the fairest tie-breaker methods possible so I don't see him getting screwed as easily in a game like Big Brother.

Gabriel (Marquesas): he was a strong player mostly there for the experience. So wouldn't he like a completely different experience?

Hunter (Marquesas): one questions whether he can play Survivor again since he joined the dream team, but if he got time off to do Big Brother, I'm sure he'd love it since this is something he could play.

Jake (Thailand): he may have been one of the older contestants on Survivor, but I think that he'd love to play a show like that.

Heidi (Amazon): she's memorable enough (remember chocolate and peanut butter?) so she could play a game like this simply because it was too much wear and tear on Survivor.

Jenna (Amazon and All-Stars): she says she loves Big Brother, possibly even more than the show she won, so I figure that she'd want to do this show at some point. Besides, as much as one may like her, they'd open up a Survivor version of Pandora's Box if they let someone who quit play again.

Johnny Fairplay (Pearl Islands and Micronesia): if he can't do Survivor again, should he be done with reality TV? I doubt it. Even if you don't like him, you'd probably want him to return somehow just out of sheer entertainment value.

If you notice something, I've already mentioned all the contestants from the All-Star season that I'd like to play this game.

Chris (Vanuatu): there has been no record of him being asked to play Survivor again so he might as well do something like this. He is one of my favorite winners and definitely one of the more memorable ones simply because of the great odds he had to overcome.

Julie (Vanuatu): she dated Jeff Probst, which means she may never do Survivor again. But this could be a great game for her to play.

Jonathan (Palau): he may hate Survivor now, but there are good chances that he wouldn't be screwed by a horrible twist like he was in his season.

James (Palau): he was a very entertaining Survivor player and he could probably do great on a show like Big Brother. He might appear on Survivor again, but I'm not sure that he made it far enough to justify a return (although Francesca, a first boot, proves that anyone can become a returning player, although I'm certain not all will be).

Janu (Palau): I'm not certain she wanted to quit exactly, although she probably did. She could play Big Brother and do well since it isn't as demanding as Survivor is.

Jamie (Guatemala): I don't know how often I've wondered/mentioned/wanted some original player from Survivor: Guatemala to return to play the game again, but I have the feeling that I'll probably stop bitching about it (and yes, men can be bitches too; the majority of men are and most women aren't thus making it an insult for women and not men) when they finally bring someone, anyone, from this season back to play again (provided they haven't played before this season, like Bobby Jon and Stephanie have). I know that he butted heads with Bobby Jon over the course of the season, but he could play Big Brother if only for the identical twin twist that Big Brother did once and should do again. I'm pretty sure that he has an identical twin, just like three other contestants from this season (Cindy, Lydia, and Rafe). If both sets of twins wanted to play, that would be nice. All four of those players would be nice to return to Survivor as well because I want ANYONE from that season to play again, although them doing Survivor would be good too.

Terry (Panama): let's face it. He's considered to play Survivor again and hasn't yet. So he might as well play Big Brother instead.

Shane (Panama): I'd want him for the same reason I'd want Terry back. Well, not exactly the same reason since he was more of an ass and Terry was more of a heroic player. But he'd be great entertainment for a game like Big Brother.

Billy (Cook Islands): his tribe can't throw a challenge to get rid of him on a show like Big Brother. I like him and think that he could return to a game like this.

Gary (Fiji): I do want him to do Survivor again, but since there is confusion with the way he left, it may not be possibly for him to return to that game, but he could just as easily play this game instead.

James (China, Micronesia, and Heroes Versus Villains): since I'm not certain he'd do a physically demanding game like Survivor again, maybe he'd be better in a more social game like Big Brother (although Survivor is a really big social game that a lot of castaways forget about).

For the favorites I'd have back from Micronesia, look back at the other players I've picked. If you can tell, I will not do a returning player from a one returnee per tribe season, although I will go with the new players from that season. If I had to choose a fan, well, I'll tell you who I'd pick next.

Kathy (Micronesia): I know that she quit Survivor for very good reasons (most quitters actually have, believe it or not, even Melissa the most infamous quitter in my opinion who most people don't even talk about since she never played the game). Maybe I just want to include every quitter I liked enough in this list since they can't do Survivor again and they could do a completely different show that has a format less harsh than Survivor. There have been quitters of Big Brother (they are said to have walked from the game and it typically isn't the same way as Survivor because it relates to information outside of the house that contestants are able to get in Big Brother but not a show like Survivor). I think that Kathy could do a game like Big Brother perfectly fine and not end up like she did on Survivor.

Chet (Micronesia): it's unsure as to whether he will do Survivor again since he asked to be voted out to avoid a potential medical evacuation of himself. And while asking to be voted out isn't exactly quitting (see Ozzy, South Pacific) he might be better suited for a game like Big Brother that isn't likely to cause serious injuries.

Gillian (Gabon): she formed Reality Rally and probably likes all reality shows. So I figure she should do something like this as well.

Stephen (Tocantins): he was an interesting player and he loves reality TV a lot so he can probably play a different type of show.

Coach (Tocantins, Heroes Versus Villains, and South Pacific): whether you love him or you hate him, he is the type of crazy person that Big Brother would love to have.

Sierra (Tocantins): I liked her enough even if the other contestants didn't like her that much. I think that she should play Big Brother.

Elizabeth (Samoa): she didn't make it that far in her season (one short of the merge actually) so she might do well on a different show.

I have already included the people I'd want from Heroes Versus Villains to play Big Brother. Also, I'm not certain if anyone from Blood Versus Water will appear on this list or not. I just know that this may be a big waste of time, this list I'm doing now.

Fabio (Nicaragua): he is one of my more favorite Survivor winners and his craziness would be great on any reality show.

Marty (Nicaragua): he probably lost his war against Jane but him playing Big Brother would lead to entertainment for most people.

Sash (Nicaragua): there were unaired problems that could prevent him from doing Survivor again (he supposedly tried to bribe Jane with money and that could get someone expelled from the game). But, I feel that he could still appear on Big Brother and hopefully it doesn't result in a lot of feed cuts on that show. (I've never seen the live feeds on Big Brother and probably never will so I have no idea what this supposedly annoying problem is. From what I understand, they probably do it when some sort of controversy might be going on like contestants talking about things that they shouldn't that could make the game look fake. Never mind that no real house is filmed all the time on the internet, aired on television, no knowledge of the outside world, people outside the house voting to some events that happen inside, you are not allowed to leave under normal circumstances without getting rid of a shot at a potential prize, and have people competing as to whether they should stay in the house or not. Also, things that are too risqué such as contestants having sex with each other or events deemed not to have ever happened like a Zing Bot passing out and the contestants making jokes about it. I'm fairly certain that there are some competitions they don't show because it would prevent people from watching the show. That's why people post online what has happened before it airs on TV when competitions do air or the parts that air show what ended up happening. There have been controversies that make it seem like the game could be rigged, but I have the feeling it probably isn't. That would be illegal. But enough of my ramblings.)

Phillip (Redemption Island and Caramoan): he is Survivor's most entertaining player ever and he could just as easily do the same thing for Big Brother.

Mikayla (South Pacific): I liked her enough even if Brandon helped screw her out of Survivor. She's the type of player Big Brother would love.

Elysa (South Pacific): I more or less want her on Big Brother for the same reason I'd want Mikayla on Big Brother.

John Cochran (South Pacific and Caramoan): now some Big Brother fans might be confused as to why Cochran is on this list. I mean, didn't he play Big Brother under the name Ian Terry? (That's a joke by the way since the two people are so similar.) But for the same reasons he was great at Survivor could make him a good Big Brother player.

Kat (One World and Blood Versus Water): if her boyfriend can play Big Brother and then do Survivor, maybe she should, after doing Survivor, go to the Big Brother house and play that game. She told me on twitter that she wanted to do Big Brother sometime. She might be a little ditzy, but she might work well on Big Brother and would probably play if given the chance.

Bill (One World): there was an unaired controversy in his season where he threw Colton's hidden immunity idol into the sea. That reason is why they ended up hating each other, even though they were to act as if it never happened. While stuff like that should never happen on Survivor and probably never will again, he could play Big Brother and prove himself a better player at that.

Leif (One World): he was the first little person to play Survivor and I see no reason why he wouldn't become as entertaining on Big Brother.

Tarzan (One World): entertaining player, should do Big Brother, blah, blah, blah, I sound like a broken record.

Christina (One World): I liked her enough on a show like this and she would probably be a good player on Big Brother.

Dana (Philippines): keeping with my theme of choosing contestants from Survivor to play Big Brother who might not be able to do Survivor again, I choose Dana for that reason, even though I consider her medically evacuated.

Zane (Philippines): he had strategic reasons for asking to be voted out and unknowingly sealed his fate on Survivor. Because he might not do Survivor again, maybe Big Brother would be better for him. He's my favorite first boot contestant and least deserving of that horrible honor of all the first boots in the show's history.

Reynold (Caramoan): he was definitely the breakout character from this season regarding any of the new players. He would be a great Big Brother play, in my opinion.

Since I've already mentioned the favorites from Caramoan that I'd want to play Big Brother. I guess this list might be more of any players I want to play either Survivor or Big Brother although some of them won't reappear on Survivor. It's a shame that I'm not going to be able to post any new random threads until next summer. I'm not even sure I'll do that. With next summer the following things could happen: 1- Some former contestant will die and I'll get their season (or seasons) on DVD to watch and post about over the summer. 2- I will post absolutely nothing during the summer. 3- I will do the same thing I did this summer where random crap becomes blog worthy material, typical of any blog. 4- I will write and post an original season of Survivor that I'm creating on the spot. If commenter's want this, be sure to tell me or I probably won't do it. Be sure to post suggestions you'd like to see for characters in a season like that and crazy things they can do to keep it interesting. I'll keep the twists for the season to myself. The next time you see posts here, it will be about the new season. I hope that it is good and finally fixes Pagonging (although if that is really a problem, why does everyone regard the first season as the very best?). Unfortunately, I never got to random blog posts of doom or anything else like that. But I will blog about this season as much as I can. For now, this is Adam Decker signing off.

Survivor All Last Voted Out

Poor Survivor contestants that are voted out last. They made it merely one day short of being in the finals. They might have won the game if they could somehow avoid their fate. You'd have to imagine that they could be bitter about what happened, although probably not as bitter as the finalists with no jury votes. I'd have to say that they would be great contestants to choose from for a season just about them. All of the last voted out playing the game again would be nice. So, like I've been doing a lot lately, I will go through all of the last contestants voted out of the game and list their chances of returning to a season like this. As always, I will need eight men and eight women for this to work. Also, just for fun, I will list whether or not they could have won their season if they could have avoided being the last one voted out.

The very first season brought us a contestant who was in his 70s and remains the oldest contestant to ever play Survivor. One would think this would make him a target to get voted out and that he wouldn't last that long in the game. Well, the contestant named Rudy make it incredibly far and even made the final three. When he accidently took his hand off the idol of the final immunity challenge, he cost himself his spot in the game and got voted out. He might have won against Kelly or he might have made Kelly win. We just know that Richard Hatch wouldn't have won. Would he play again? No. Probably not. He's too old to play again and I don't think he'd even want to. I hate to sound cruel, but he might die before they consider doing a season like this. The last voted out of the next season was Keith. He is the only member of Ogakor who made the merge and hasn't returned as well as the only one time player to play 41 days. He might return. I have no idea. He probably wouldn't have won, but he would have let Colby won. The next person who was the last one voted out was Lex. He is the first and just might be the only person to go crazy over one extra vote against him. He will probably return if he can and he might not have won if he made the finals. But he may also be too busy to return anyways. Kathy was the last voted out of the fourth season. She might have done worse if there were a better way of doing tie-breakers just like Neleh could have done worse as well. Kathy also messed up at the same final immunity that Rudy did. She might be a good returning player for a reason like that. She could have won. Jan was the last voted out of Thailand, but I don't think that she would return simply because that season is so poorly liked. I don't know if she would have won, but I'm guessing that she wouldn't have. Rob might have easily won Amazon if only he or maybe Matthew had won the final immunity challenge. But he's probably too busy with his podcast to do it. Johnny Fairplay is someone that I don't want to play again that much, but he could. He ranks up there with the unofficial quitters who asked to be voted out. But to put things in perspective, a lot of people who asked to be voted out are never shown with their request of asking people out. One person did it to defeat someone else on Redemption Island and another wanted voted out, but ultimately wasn't at first. When she was, it wasn't really her wishes anymore. So it's hard to classify people like that. I'd say it is just as likely that we'll never see him again as it is that he will return to play again. He probably would have lost in a final two, but it's unknown how much people hated Lillian, the person who would have been his opponent. Jenna Lewis was the last person voted out of All-Stars and I think that she could make a good player again. She might not have won against Rob, provided Shii-Ann wasn't messing with us at the reunion show that season and the rest of the jury wasn't either. Who knows if she could have beaten Rupert at a final two (probably not) or Amber (possibly) if that scenario were to happen.

The next person who was the last voted out was Scout. She would have probably lost against Chris in a final two. She might return, although I don't know since she wasn't that good in challenges. Ian was the next person to be the last one voted out. He was the first person voted out after a challenge and not at a tribal council. This makes him the first voted out contestant to not have his torch snuffed. Other contestants before him left the game without their torches being snuffed, but they had left under different conditions and two of them didn't have torches at all. He might have won the game, or just taken votes from Tom to prevent his landslide but not him winning. I imagine he will probably come back at some point. The last voted out of Guatemala was Rafe. He could have probably won the game, hence the reason he was voted out last. I imagine he would probably return. I mean, someone who originally played that season has to return at some point, right? I hope that somebody does eventually. Terry was the last person voted out of the next season. Some think that his failure to get in the final two is why they changed the format to final threes instead. He has been considered back, but hasn't returned yet. I have the feeling that he will at some point or another. He definitely would have won the game if he were a finalist. In fact, the last three men I mentioned could be good returning players on a one returnee per tribe season. The next person is Sundra. She is the first person to come in fourth place and be the last person voted out, after she lost an incredibly long fire making tie-breaker. She could return just like everyone else. She would not have won if she made it that far. Yau-Man was the last voted out of Fiji and I have the feeling that he would return, provided he gets time off of work. That reason alone is why he couldn't do the twentieth season. Would you give up your valuable job just to play a game? I wouldn't. I know Yau-Man would have probably won Fiji if he was in the finals. Denise was the next contestant to be the last one voted out. She caused controversy at the reunion show and wasn't that good of a player anyways. If she were in the finals, she could have helped Amanda win, but not herself. Cirie was screwed to many in her second season since they had a final two like they didn't for quite a long time. For that reason alone, she might return, even if this would be her fourth time playing the game. She probably would have won too, and that is why she was ultimately voted out last.

Matty was a great player in the next season. He was voted out last after he couldn't make fire. He probably could have won if he had been able to make fire, so I think that he could return just to prove that to himself and everyone else. Erin was the last voted out of the next season. She wasn't very well liked, but could have won since the tribe she started on made up most of the jury. I don't know if she would return or not. Brett could have easily won Samoa under different circumstances. He would probably return again. Jerri was a good player might have had a chance at winning her third season, provided Sandra got the boot instead of her. The only person she'd have to worry about beating is Parvati, since it was obvious that nobody would have voted for Russell to win. I have the feeling she would love to return and become a four time player.

Holly lasted the longest of all the members of the older tribe her season. If she was in fifth place instead of fourth, she would have created the first all male final four. But for now, she created what is currently the only all male final three in Survivor by being the last one voted out. She could have been in the finals and might have even had a shot at winning provided anyone but Fabio won the final immunity challenge. Let's face it, the alliance of three she was in wasn't supposed to turn on itself. I don't know for sure if she'd have won or if she'd come back, but she might have done both. Ashley was the last voted out of the next season. It was an underrated season in my opinion. I think that she might be obscure in a way, but she could easily return. Ozzy was that last voted out next. I think that he is the only runner-up to also be the last one voted out, but I could be wrong about that. He probably would have won this season under different circumstances like a Coach that doesn't like to betray people that want to make deals with him. Like I said in the runner-up post, he will probably return even if he might have said otherwise before. But that doesn't mean I will include him again. Christina was the last person voted out of One World, another underrated season like Africa. She probably wouldn't have won, unless Kim was voted out instead of her, which probably wouldn't have happened since I think Kim won final immunity. She could return because I liked her enough. It's a shame that she had that season long rivalry with Alicia that she didn't "win" until the final episode. (For the record, any Survivor rivalry is unofficial won when someone in that rivalry gets voted out or otherwise leaves the game.) The last voted out of the next season was Malcolm. He was so popular, the producers asked him back mere minutes after he was voted out the first time. He probably would have won, possibly depending on if Denise was a finalist as well or someone else was. He would and could easily return. The last one voted out in the most recently aired season is Eddie. He could have easily won Caramoan since he has more failed votes to eliminate someone than any other contestant. That is why he was voted out last. He probably would return.

So, I think the main problem with the main list I am going to post is that there could be too many men and not enough women returning. We shall see with this list. Rudy- no, Keith- maybe, Lex- maybe, Kathy- yes, Jan- no, Rob- no, Johnny Fairplay- maybe, Jenna Lewis- yes, Scout- yes, Ian- yes, Rafe- yes, Terry- yes, Sundra- maybe, Yau-Man- yes, Denise- no, Cirie- yes, Matty- yes, Erin- yes, Brett- yes, Jerri- yes, Holly- yes, Ashley- maybe, Ozzy- maybe, Christina- yes, Malcolm- yes, Eddie- yes. That makes eight men and eight women. The men are Ian, Rafe, Terry, Yau-Man, Matty, Brett, Malcolm, and Eddie. The women are Kathy, Jenna, Scout, Cirie, Erin, Jerri, Holly, and Christina.
